Join us as a SAP HCM Process Consultant and be a key partner in transforming HR processes for enhanced accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. As part of our team, you’ll leverage your expertise to optimize payroll, time management, and personnel administration systems, impacting the business at a foundational level. • Support and optimize the global SAP HCM system for payroll (PY), time management (PT), and personnel administration (PA) specific to Romania.

• Configure and enhance SAP HCM modules in alignment with legal requirements and business needs.

• Act as an in-house IT consultant to advise and support the HR team within the specified modules.

• Conduct key user training sessions to ensure effective system usage.

• Provide troubleshooting assistance and incident resolution support.

• Participate in various projects, such as the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and software release upgrades.

• Oversee and coordinate work with external consultants.

• Collaborate on small to medium-sized projects and, where applicable, take on (partial) project management responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration.

• A university degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong understanding of HCM business processes, particularly in payroll and time management.

• Proven experience providing technical consulting support to business stakeholders.

• Solid experience in maintaining IT applications in a professional setting, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Extensive troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

• High level of customer focus.
