Job Description

• Manage and supervise the Production and Infrastructure management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Design and lead initiatives with regard to Production and Infrastructure management 
• Take responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
• Define and steer budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
• Manage and supervise multiple org units within Production and Infrastructure management
• Propose and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
• Functional accountability for Production and Infrastructure management on country level

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Engineering or related field
• 8-10 years of proven experience in a relevant role
• Good knowledge of manufacturing and production concepts, performance and standards, continuous improvement
• Profound understanding of Production and all interfacing functions
• Comprehension of Engineering, Project Management, Planning and Production Management
• Good commercial awareness and knowledge, including budget management
• Strong critical thinking skills, initiative, integrity, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
